Community Comprehensive Services
What is CCS?
​The Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program is a community-based service available to qualifying individuals who are eligible for Medical Assistance and have a mental health diagnosis. The program provides mental health treatment and support to facilitate the recovery and healing of an individual.
Who do we serve?
At this time, Northbound Wellness Co. is contracted with CCS programs in Sauk County, Columbia County, Langlade, Lincoln, and Marathon Counties in Wisconsin.
Please contact us if you would like services from our organization but are located outside of our current service areas.
How do I enroll in CCS?
Contact your county’s CCS program to see if you are eligible and begin the enrollment process.

Outpatient therapy is a resource for individuals seeking support for mental health concerns who do not require round-the-clock support or safety monitoring.

Our self-pay rate is as follows:
Total Family Income* Cost per Hour
$50,000 and below $80.00
$50,000 - $79,999 $100.00
$80,000 - $99,999 $120.00
$100,000 and up $150.00
*Income will be verified by showing your two most recent pay stubs.
Intake Session -$200*
**If making a one time payment of $200.00 for the intake session creates a financial burden for you, please call 608-581-2227 to arrange a payment plan.

Clinical Supervision
We will meet with you to discuss if any of our supervisors would be a good fit for your supervision and educational needs. We provide ongoing support and guidance to practitioners, facilitating their professional development by reviewing caseloads, discussing ethical considerations, and enhancing clinical skills through reflective practice, ultimately aiming to improve client care and maintain high standards of practice
