Kacey Lombard

LCSW Co-Owner/Service Facilitator Kacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master's in Social Work from Edinboro University in 2018 and has since provided psychosocial services for the Sauk County Comprehensive Community Services program. She currently provides service facilitation for youth, adults, and families enrolled in the CCS program.  ​

Grady Dedrick

LPC, CCAT Co-Owner/Psychotherapist ​ Grady is a Licensed Counselor who received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University, and has been providing therapy to all ages since 2018. Grady has credentialed specialties in Clinical Adventure therapy and Substance Abuse counseling. Grady enjoys working with teenagers, young adults, and adults providing service facilitation, parent support, individual or family therapy.

Lisa Loy

BS Servie Facilitator Lisa Loy is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Walden University, where she is developing advanced skills in social work practice to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities. With a passion for empowerment and advocacy, Lisa has been working in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) since 2022 serving as a Service Facilitator. In this role, she works with both youth and adults, coordinating and facilitating access to critical services and resources that support mental health, well-being, and personal growth.

Tanner Blake 

MA, SAC-IT Therapeutic Mentor/AODA Counselor Tanner received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in October 2021 and continued his education to achieve his Master's Degree in Psychology in May of 2023 from Southern New Hampshire University. Tanner is currently working toward his Substance Abuse Counselor license while also looking to further his education in psychology. Tanner found his passion for helping people when he was a personal trainer for Anytime Fitness and decided he wanted to dive into the mental health side and pursued his education in psychology. During this time he found his calling as a CCS Mentor and substance abuse counselor in training and began working with consumers in most aspects of their lives. Tanner enjoys working out, playing video games, golfing, and having family nights. Tanner is a father to one daughter, 3 dogs, and 2 cats.

Carlie Palmer

BS in Psychology Serivce Facilitator & Community Recovery Specialist Carlie is a CCS ISDE Mentor and Service Facilitator with a strong commitment to supporting adults and youth in their mental health and substance use recovery journeys. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2024) and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Before starting her career in CCS, Carlie worked as an ABA behavior technician at Wisconsin’s Early Autism Project, where she supported children diagnosed with autism. Carlie has helped individuals access the care and resources they need to build fulfilling lives. Guided by her passion for advocacy and meaningful change, Carlie brings a compassionate, person-centered approach that supports individuals in their growth, healing, and recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, boating, and spending time playing board games, card games, and video games with friends and family. She looks forward to working together to create meaningful change and lasting progress.

Amanda Coorough

Masters of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA) Service Facilitation Psychotherapy Amanda Coorough, MSW, CISW, is a compassionate and skilled mental health professional who brings a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to care. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families, Amanda offers a wide range of services, all designed to promote healing, growth, and long-term wellness. She provides individual and family psychotherapy to help clients navigate emotional challenges and build resilience, along with psychoeducation that empowers individuals with practical knowledge about mental health and self-care. Amanda facilitates services to ensure clients are connected with the resources they need, and she specializes in Individualized Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE), helping people strengthen life skills and achieve greater independence. Amanda is also an engaging provider in providing support in parent mentoring, medication management in collaboration with medical providers, physical health monitoring as related to mental health and/ or substance use recovery, and wellness management & recovery support—each tailored to foster balance, stability, and sustainable well-being. Amanda is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid, ensuring that her practice is grounded in safety, responsiveness, and informed care. With warmth, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to each person’s journey, she creates a safe and welcoming space for supported healing.

Brandon Koziol

MSE, LPC-IT, SAC-IT Psychotherapist/Service Facilitator Brandon is a Licensed Professional Counselor In Training (LPC-IT) and a Substance Abuse Counselor In Training (SAC-IT). He completed a Masters of Science in Education with an emphasis in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. Brandon will be working with adult clients in the Sauk County CCS Program and is passionate about helping others. He brings work experience from the armed forces and public safety.

Lindsey Caflisch

MSW, LCSW, CCTP Psychotherapist/Service Facilitator Lindsey Caflisch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been serving individuals across the lifespan through the Sauk County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program since 2019. She provides both service facilitation and psychotherapy for youth, teens, and adults. Lindsey practices from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective, with advanced training in Brainspotting (Phases 1 and 2). Her work is rooted in a somatic therapeutic approach, helping clients connect emotional experiences with bodily sensations to foster deeper healing. She is passionate about honoring the whole person—mind and body—and tailoring her care to each individual's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Lindsey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with extensive knowledge of trauma and its impact on the body. She utilizes evidence-based techniques to help individuals who have experienced trauma achieve relaxation and healing. Her professional background spans outpatient and community-based mental health services, as well as case management. Lindsey has experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions and takes pride in supporting individuals from all walks of life. Outside of her clinical work, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors and raising chickens. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.

Danica Sebranek

MA in School Counseling Therapeutic Mentor/Psychoeducation Danica has a Master of Science in School Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin (2022). She brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to her work with children, adolescents, and parents. Her career began as a special education teacher, often supporting students with emotional and behavioral disorders. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for helping young people thrive through a holistic approach that addresses their whole person. Her professional journey has deepened her belief that every person has unique strengths and the potential for growth. As a counselor, she is committed to empowering young clients by fostering resilience, emotional intelligence, and the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of adolescence. In her free time, Danica enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, coaching, running and eating yummy food.

Amy Renteria

BS in Sociology Community Recovery Specialist Amy Renteria is passionate about helping people feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She earned her degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has built her career around understanding what motivates people and how genuine connection can foster long-term health and wellbeing. Her background spans both clinical and wellness settings, including ophthalmic care, patient support, and personal fitness training. This experience gives Amy a well-rounded perspective on how every aspect of health is interconnected and how small, consistent changes can create meaningful results. At Northbound Wellness Company, Amy brings empathy, curiosity, and a people-first approach to her work. She’s dedicated to meeting clients where they are and supporting them as they build confidence, balance, and lasting wellbeing.

Kim Brown

LCSW Psychotherapist Kim is an LCSW and a dual-diagnosis provider, who specializes in treating mental health disorders concurrent with substance use and other addiction disorders.  She specializes in treating trauma-related concerns and disorders, as well as treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.  Kim is trained in Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT-Substance Use Disorders, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Seeking Safety, Sensorimotor Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and will often utilize mindfulness practices including meditation, yoga, and a focus on nutritional healing and movement.  Kim offers a holistic approach in therapy to better serve the whole person and their needs.

Laura Zblewski

MA in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapeutic Mentor/Psychoeducation Laura Zblewski holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and human services from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, earned in May 2018. She later pursued her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, graduating in May 2021. Since 2018, Laura has worked extensively in center-based ABA therapy settings, gaining valuable experience collaborating with a range of professionals, including school districts, county case workers, and medical providers. Laura specializes in working with children aged 2 to 18 and is deeply passionate about helping them reach their fullest potential. Beyond direct clinical work, Laura is equally enthusiastic about coaching, mentoring, and educating families and educators on strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. She is committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for every client and take pride in supporting them on their journey to success. Her mission is to bring knowledge, compassion, and positive changes to the lives of the clients and families she serves across surrounding counties.

Stuart Adler

MA in Marriage and Family Therapy Therapeutic Mentor/Psychoeducation Stuart Adler is coming to Northbound Wellness Co with a great amount of experience working with people with mental illness in the community setting. Currently Stuart is a psychotherapist at Sauk County Human Services in the CSP unit. Stuart has been working in the CSP model for almost twenty years. Stuart also has worked with young children with autism, providing therapy to the child and family unit. Working alongside people in their natural setting and watching them grow is the main reason he wants to expand his work by joining Northbound and providing Therapeutic Mentoring and Psychoeducation to consumers in the CCS world. Stuart received his master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in 2006 and his undergraduate from UW-La Crosse.

Jamie Wold

Bachelor of Science, Double Major in Psychology and Human Development Community Recovery Specialist Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and human development, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 2010. With a passion for helping others, Jamie continues to advocate for high-quality, compassionate care in all areas of mental health and developmental support. Jamie has over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and developmental services field. For eight years, she worked closely with adults facing mental health challenges, providing support that emphasized dignity, independence, and evidence-based care. Transitioning into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Jamie spent seven years delivering center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism, developing a deep understanding of individualized interventions and family-centered approaches. Outside of work she enjoys reading, playing disc golf, and cheering on her nephews at their sporting events.

Northbound Wellness Co originated from a desire to provide comprehensive wellness services to those in need.  Our goal is to ensure that we are approaching each interaction holistically and supporting consumers in achieving their goals.  Grady's desire to incorporate adventure in mental health services mixed with Kacey's organization and leadership skills led them to starting Northbound Wellness Co. together in 2024
